how can you not fall inlove wth mocca? and finally they perform in kl.more than once! hopefully the cd comes out real soon and little records can bring thm here a bit more often after this. am starting to miss the whole lot already. kangenkangenkangen.

i don't like to scan pictures from slr. they don't look nice after the whole scanning process. and i'm a little too lazy to touch everything up digitally.

yea... before the mayhem tht was jkt n bandung. there's tht gig @ substation singapore, where we all drove down at the strike of midnite.. arrived, slept a bit, ate smthing... played, and drove up back again.

a week before all the travelling was tht daily jamming session tht drove everybody crazy. yay.

it has been a pretty surreal month. i wouldn't call my self a full fledge band manager. the kids can manage themselves pretty well actually. maybe i'll just be ol alfred to the bat cadet or smthing. running arnd trying to make sure lucy sounds good in singapore, jakarta and bandung drove me to a point of almost insane. i (almost) resigned, badly wanted to drop everything after the tour and be a domestic helper at home. but it has all paid off well. at least on my part. alhamdulillah everything went well. ariff had a nasty bisul on his hands tht was ready to explode anytime. thank god he got tht fixed (fixed?) a day before we left. or was it a few hours before we left. but this banker is one good trooper. thnks a lot man. to the main band itself, you can hate me now. i'm not the best caretaker arnd. soraya, i'm sori. samel. you're my hero. jay.. thanks for the ears and the comedy. i hope all of you went back to happy parents, with or without cold and fever.

to the ppl we met in jkt n bandung. you guys opened a door to another universe. i have been looking into that world from outside for 3 years and wonder how it feels to be inside. now i know. or at least think i know. trims berat to nasta and henry batman and mario for making us feel at home, aca for bringing us arnd (the bus rides are priceless ), the bands who played at parc. now we know how superglad n harapan jaya sound like.

the lesvoila team in bandung: marin, kewoy, atin, romy, kentang, uti, chicha, eq, amir, lucky, non, ayi, and a wholetruckload of you guys. gila. you're like a huge family we've never had. thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks a bunches. the media we met. hey hey. it's good to meet indonesian counterparts. the bands who played at lesvoila. you guys sounded really sweet on stage. the sigit- thanks for letting us see you guys perform. it's worth standing in the rain for.

Jay, get well soon ha. I don't knw if it was really worth it going to ipoh with hana and hilmi. maybe it was.. but i can't get over the kitten i left behind at the sidewalk. and i just remembered abt the rotan bag.. haiyaaa

ah.. brisbane. nice town. nice ppl. nice shops. too bad they close early, otherwise, i really wouldn't mind moving there. to hell with food problems. there's always seafood and i'll learn to eat vege. no thanks to high currency exchange rate and nick cave's concert, i have almost no money to spend. but nick cave's concert was well worth it. thnks a lot to me trusty cousin for getting em tix. its ok...it was just not my luck to see miss tori amos in action. another lifetime maybe miss amos. till thn i hope to see the world frm the lenses of laura mars. i'm missing my gold dusts. and words. i miss my words.
